Jill Morrow was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Annapolis, MD. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Towson University, where she had a particular interest in medieval studies and creative writing, and a JD degree from University of Baltimore School of Law. She has enjoyed a broad spectrum of careers and opportunities, from practicing law to singing with local bands.  She lives outside Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two children and has recently completed the third book in the Angel Café trilogy.
